The right number of everything

Counted for your trip, before you pack a thing.

A list you can trust

It already knows how many.

The right number, not a guess

Clothes counted by nights, laundry folded in. A fortnight isn’t fourteen of everything.

Which bag does it go in?

Sort into personal, carry-on and checked. A meter fills as you tick.

The guidance is written the way gov.uk writes it: the rules depend on your airport and your airline, and the app says so.

Your trips stay on your phone

Trip details, packing items, bag assignments, traveller profiles and settings are stored on your device. There are no advertising SDKs and no remote behavioural analytics. The list is built by rules that run on your phone, so nothing about where you are going has to leave it.

Optional sync only exists when it has been configured and switched on. Any backup or export you make goes only to the destination you choose, and that destination has its own privacy practices. The privacy policy spells out exactly what is stored and when.

Buy it once, keep it

No subscription. Nothing renews. Nothing to cancel. Premium is one payment, once.

Questions

Is there a subscription?

No. Neatly Packed has a single one-time Premium unlock. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.

What do I get without paying?

One active trip and one traveller, with a genuinely complete list: everyday clothes counted by trip length, the layers your climate needs, the kit your activities need, and every document and medicine. The free list is blunt, never deliberately wrong. Premium tunes the numbers and adds the reason line; it never unlocks an item you were being denied.

Does it need an internet connection?

Not to build your list. The quantities come from fixed rules that run on your phone: no outside service, no server, no waiting. That is deliberate, because people pack on planes and in hotels with bad wifi.

Are the airline rules the rules for my flight?

No, and the app says so before it says anything else. Liquid limits now differ between terminals of the same airport, and cabin bag sizes are entirely your airline’s choice. Neatly Packed describes the regimes you might meet, dates its guidance, and tells you to check your airline and your departure airport.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, and it is never behind the purchase. You can export a backup file at any time, and you can delete everything on the device. Deleting your data does not take your Premium unlock away.

How do I restore Premium on a new phone?

Open Settings or Premium and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought it with. See support if it does not appear.
